April 2, 2021 Construction Update

Construction is well underway on the first phase of townhomes at West Park at Thetis Lake. Block B is furthest along and Block C is currently being framed. We are still on target for a late spring, early summer release of homes in Phase I. As we get closer to our release date, we will have pricing and finishing details available for your review. We hope to release our first group of preliminary floorplans within a month or two.
