Construction of the Phase One townhomes are well underway at West Park at Thetis.
Floor plans for first four townhomes are now available for your review at WestParkThetis.com. More floorplans will be posted in the coming weeks.
We are not yet able to set a release date or pricing for these homes. Once all of the buildings in phase One, 1921 to 1941 West Park Lane, are partially constructed we will be able to complete the regulatory steps necessary to begin offering homes for sale. We expect to reach this milestone this summer.
